Scope

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, every quotation and every service that has been established with regard to products and/or services offered by us.
  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of the general terms and conditions of the Customer.

Price and payment

  1. The price for our goods/services is the price indicated on the website,

mobile apps and in our marketing material.

  1. We reserve the right to price changes and printing errors.
  2. If we request an advance payment, we will only commence our services after receipt of the advance payment.
  1. For any delay in payment, the Customer shall owe, by operation of law and without prior notice of default, a default interest of 1% per month commenced, whereby each month commenced shall be considered a full month, and without prejudice to any compensation and costs. A fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount with a minimum of 250 euros as damages shall also be owed by operation of law and without prior notice of default, this without prior notice of default and in addition to the principal sum, the default interest, collection, reminder, prosecution costs and expenses resulting from loss of time and legal or legal costs. This penalty clause shall not affect the obligation to pay the agreed default interest.

Below you will find the conditions of the payments, booking and cancellation conditions:

  1. Services (Beauty Institutes):
  2. Deposit/Booking costs are not refundable under any circumstances. You can use your deposit within 3 months if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
  3. In case of cancellation/reservation 24 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit/booking costs.
  4. If you are late due to traffic, please notify us on +32 470 996 356. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is no longer possible to continue your treatment, you will lose your deposit and will have to make a new appointment.
  5. Scheduled appointments can be postponed to fill in gaps in the agendas for connection (max. 15 minutes postponement possible)
  6. If the mobile number or email address is not filled in correctly, it is possible that reminders cannot be sent by email or text message. It is the client’s responsibility to fill this in correctly so that a reminder is sent.
  7. If you are a no-show and do not inform us, no refund will be made and you will not be able to get an appointment without compensation for the missed appointment.
  1. Courses (Academie):
  2. If you cancel/re-schedule 14 days before your booking, you will lose 50% of your payment.
  3. If you cancel/re-schedule 14 days after your booking, you will lose 100% of your payment.
  4. You can use your payment within 6 months if you cancel your booking at least 1 month in advance.
  5. If the mobile number or email address is not filled in correctly, it is possible that reminders by email or text message cannot be sent. It is the responsibility of the customer to fill this in correctly so that a reminder is sent.
  6. If you do not show up and do not inform us, there will be no refund and you will not be able to get an appointment without compensation for the missed booked course.

Refund and Return Policy

  1. Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  1. Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  1. Exchanges

  1. Gifts
  2. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to

you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return.

A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is received.

  1. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

  1. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
